If you OR a Member of your Household do develop any of the above symptoms;

NO ONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD SHOULD LEAVE HOME and you MUST arrange for Coronavirus (COVID-19) Testing as soon as possible.

Digital Appointments in the form of Telephone, Video and Online Consultations are encouraged where ever appropriate and possible for the convenience of both Patients and Clinicians.

Where a Face – To – Face Appointment is required, the following has been implemented for the safety and protection of yourself, other patients and members of staff.

If you attend The Emmett Carr Partnership

- Face – To – Face Appointments have been purposely spaced apart from one another to help maintain Social Distancing and reduce the number of Patients attending our Sites at any one time to minimise the likelihood of infection.

- In line with NHS and Government Guidance, You MUST wear Face Protection / Covering when attending the Partnership – If you attend our sites without any or inappropriate Facial Protection / Covering; you may not be permitted to enter the building.

- When attending your appointment you will be asked to wait outside the building. The Clinician, Nurse or Healthcare Assistant will then collect you from the entrance and escort you to and from the Consultation Room.

- Please avoid arriving for your appointment early as you may have to wait outside for a longer period of time.

- Hand Sanitising Stations are available throughout the building. You are expected to sanitise your hands when you arrive and before you leave the building.

- We have installed screens at Reception for the protection of both Patients and Staff.

- For your safety, rooms at the partnership which have been occupied are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before the next patient is seen.
